The Coast Guard was able to rescue a boat captain found floating in the Gulf of Mexico, 30 miles off the coast of Florida. Authorities say the man survived Hurricane Milton by wearing a life jacket and clinging to a cooler after his boat broke down. The Coast Guard was able to find him using the boat's locator beacon. One official called it "a nightmare scenario", with high seas and winds of up to 90 mph.
