Two men are safely on the ground again after their small plane's engine failed and a parachute glided them down. Here is footage of when it happened and once it was on the ground with firefighters and emt's there. Both men were uninjured and the plane will be removed by NTSB. Should all airplanes be equiped with parachutes?
