A Georgia restaurant has gone viral for charging parents an extra fee for their misbehaving children. The Toccoa Riverside Restaurant lists a surcharge on its menu for "adults unable to parent". No dollar amount is listed, just '$$$'. Yelp reviewers are split on the policy - some are praising the restaurant for doing something about unruly kids, while others claim the owner was rude to their young ones.
