I didn't realize there was a market for this! Swedish food company Oumph! has created a plant-based vegan burger that tastes like human flesh, and they made sure it also had the texture of human meat.
The Oumph! plant-based human meat burger, according to a company press release, contains mostly soy, mushrooms and wheat protein as well as plant-based fats and a mysterious spice mix.
It also won an award, the Silver Brand Experience and Activation Lion, at this year’s Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity for its marketing campaign.
