Halloween came early at this beach in Texas. A man was spotted dressed up like Michael Myer's from the "Halloween" movies as a prank, but I guess the locals were not feeling it, so they called the cops!
This is what the guy had to say, “I did it for the people, the tourists who are stuck down here,” he said “They honestly weren’t expecting a tropical storm to pop up, but they’re stuck here in their hotels… so I kinda thought, maybe they can get a laugh.” Sometimes things just don't work out buddy!
