A father and his 11 year old son, who were representing the Panthers, were threatened with ejection for wearing the team’s jersey at a Tampa Bay Lightning game.
According to reports In 2015, the Tampa Bay Lightning implemented a new policy in certain parts of the arena where spectators are banned from rocking any apparel showing support for another team during the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Well the father and son were sitting in one of those sections. The father said that he spoke with the ticket broker before purchasing tickets and said there should be no issue.
