It looks like Pumpkin Season has officially commenced because the doughnut gurus over at Krispy Kreme are rolling out pumpkin spice season earlier than ever with the debut of their new Pumpkin Spice Latte Swirl Doughnut, and a slew of other Pumpkin Spice treats beginning August 8.
According to chewboom.com, here is a sneak peek at the 2022 Krispy Kreme’s pumpkin spice doughnut lineup:
New! Pumpkin Spice Latte Swirl Doughnut: A Pumpkin Spice flavored Doughnut covered in a pumpkin spice and sugar blend and topped with vanilla and coffee buttercream.
The return of the Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed Doughnut: their signature Original Glazed doughnut with a pumpkin spice twist.
They're bringing back the Pumpkin Spice Original Filled Cheesecake Doughnut: A Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed doughnut, but stuffed with cheesecake filling and decorated with cheesecake icing.
Finally, the Pumpkin Spice Cake Doughnut: old-fashioned cake doughnut with Pumpkin Spices and covered in Krispy Kreme's classic glaze.
Additionally, the Fall menu will feature the return of a couple of non-donut pumpkin treats, the infamous Pumpkin Spice Latte: A latte flavored with pumpkin pie sauce available in hot, iced or frozen, and the new Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee, which is iced coffee blended with pumpkin pie sauce.
