A federal judge in Miami hearing arguments from attorneys claiming the state is holding detainees at Alligator Alcatraz without due process, in violation of their constitutional rights. Immigration attorney Tammy Fox-Isicoff says there's no clear answer as to who's in charge of the detainees and their cases. The plaintiffs want the judge to identify an immigration court that has jurisdiction over the Everglades detainees since they are not being given access.
