Congresspeople & Weather Experts Dissect NOAA Cuts After Texas Tragedy

Days after the deadly Texas flooding, severe storm lawmakers are speaking out on cuts to NOAA's budget and weather forecasting centers. Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz it appears the National Weather Service was adequately staffed before the storm. She says that won't be possible now because the cuts have left NOAA facilities in South Florida understaffed by twenty-to-forty percent.
