President Trump signs an executive order imposing tariffs on any country importing Venezuelan oil. Florida International University's Brian Fonseca says the tariffs are a way for the U-S to get leverage when dealing with Nicolas Maduro and the criminal gang Tren de Aragua. Starting April 2nd, the U-S will impose a one-year, 25-percent tariff on countries that use Venezuelan crude oil products like Russia and China. This builds on U-S sanctions already in place targeting Maduro for undermining the election, corruption, the humanitarian crisis and economic mismanagement.
