Miami-Dade Police Try To Solve Murder Of Rapper Gunned Down On Expressway

Miami-Dade Police asking for help in solving the shooting death of rapper Timothy Starks known as "Baby Cino". Detective Jonathan Sabel says the 20-year-old was ambushed by a shooter on the Palmetto Expressway last March just after bonding out of county jail on a gun charge. He says the gunman fired at least forty times before speeding off in a dark SUV. Starks was shot in the head while still wearing the wristband given to inmates.
