The OnlyFans model accused of stabbing her boyfriend to death in their Miami hi-rise home about a year ago, is due in Miami-Dade criminal court later today. Twenty-six year old Courtney Clenney, jailed since August on a single count of second-degree murder, will face a judge in a negligence hearing. Christian Obumseli's father, Chio, filed a wrongful death suit against Clenney, the owners of the high-rise building where the murder happened and the exclusive property's management and security companies.
Christian's estate is suing her for the cost of his "medical care and funeral arrangements," loss of future income and his family's pain and suffering.
