State Senator Shevrin Jones joining the "Stay Woke Florida" rolling votercade making stops in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale today. Jones says they're speaking out against the “Stop Woke" law which he says targets minority groups like Black Americans, the LGBTQ-plus community and immigrants. The tour kicked off Monday in Jacksonville and comes complete with banned book giveaways, marches and voter registration drives in fifteen cities throughout the state. DeSantis defends the law saying it's needed to stop indoctrination.
