Days of relentless rain is causing havoc on South Florida roads.
Temporary pumps are already stationed in Miami neighborhoods prone to flooding... including the Mary Brickell area, Edgewater and Morningside.
"There's always an employee attached to the pump until the waters begin to subside, " said Kenia Fallat with the City of Miami.
She adds, the Florida Department of Transportation is aware of roadways that flood, including in downtown, not far from the Kaseya Center where the Heat are hosting a play-in game tonight.
Fallat said, "Have a little bit of patience if you go into the area, " cautioning there will be traffic detours.
If you see flooded roads, don't drive onto them.
