LAWSUIT: Flo Rida's Young Son In ICU

A lawsuit filed after rapper Flo-Rida's 6 year old falls from a Jersey City, New Jersey apartment window. Zohar Dillard, who is special needs has been in the ICU for several weeks. Alexis Adams, Zohar's mother, claims building management was negligent and careless and did not install size guards on windows, causing her son to fall out onto the pavement below, according to court documents filed by Steven P. Haddad, of the Haddad law firm.

Zohar is said to have fractures to his pelvis and feet, along with a lacerated liver, collapsed lungs and internal bleeding. Flo Rida, whose real name is Tramar Lacel Dillard, is not involved in the lawsuit. Adams and the “Get Low” rapper do not share custody of their son and she has full custody.
