11 Florida Bed Bath & Beyond Stores Among The 87 Closing Nationwide

A struggling retail chain says its permanently closing 87 more stores nationwide, including eleven in Florida.

Of all counties in the state, Palm Beach has the highest number of Bed Bath & Beyond stores shutting their doors at four. They are in West Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and Royal Palm Beach.

The West Boca store is in the same shopping center as the Regal Cinema that will also be closing.

Bed Bath & Beyond's beauty store Harmon is also closing its Jupiter location.

In addition to the Palm Beach County stores, Bed Bath & Beyond locations are closing in Apopka, Brandon, Coral Springs, Hialeah, Orlando and two in Jacksonville.

According to reports, the company is expected to seek bankruptcy protection as soon as this week.
