Video voyeurism charges are being filed against a man arrested for taking cellphone video of women inside a public bathroom at Lake Worth Beach.
Sunday's arrest stemmed from an incident in April while 41-year old Nicholas Blais was visiting South Florida from Maine.
A woman says she caught the man recording her while hiding in another stall. When the victim and her sister confronted Blais he begged them not to call police and said he has "a problem."
She snapped a photo of him and police matched it to pictures he posted to Facebook of himself on vacation. Now, authorities want to hear from anyone else who may have been victimized.
Blais has a criminal history of domestic violence and sexual assault charges and police say he is accused of exposing himself to a woman back home.
