Beef thief points gun at employees, steals $160 worth of steaks

Miami, FL – A man was arrested after he allegedly pointed a gun at an employee while stealing $160 worth of steaks from a South Florida Winn-Dixie. 

Miami police arrested the suspect, identified as Nicholas Marino, after he robbed the Winn-Dixie in Overtown on Saturday. 

Authorities say surveillance video captured Marino stealing more than 20 rib-eye and T-bone steaks. 

Marino then pointed a gun at an employee and a customer as he exited the store.

According to police, there was an active warrant for Marino's arrest in Charleston, South Carolina. 

Marino had previously been arrested for theft in Hialeah, and has two active cases of shoplifting in Coral Gables.
