This is newly released footage of a Florida Woman who was allegedly trying to attempt to make and detonate bombs at a Tampa Walmart. 37-year-old Emily Stallard was arrested after an off duty officer confronted her due to her super suspicious behavior. Oh and by the way she constructing and trying to set off bombs while she had her son with her!! Mother of the Year?!?!
