This woman's groomer took it upon herself to give her dog a funky new punk rocker look, and she was none to pleased about it. The pup was supposed to get a buzz cut and teeth cleaning, but ended up with its eyebrows and tail shaved and dyed neon green, and its ears were neon pink.
