This thing is a monster!!! After an almost 5 hour fight, three anglers brought in a 832.2 pound behemoth Bluefin Tuna off the coast of Destin, Florida last weekend, and it could be the biggest bluefin ever recorded in the state’s history.
The crew hooked into the bluefin, they had already traveled 160 miles since leaving port in Destin the previous day to chase marlin. After a battle that lasted nearly five hours, the team brought the massive fish to the boat.
The current state record for a Bluefin was 826 pounds, and once this latest catch is certified it is going to shatter that record.
