I guess if you're going to be a criminal at least you can be funny doing it. A guy was about to get his apartment raided by police under suspicion of dealing marijuana and in a moment of panic, started throwing all the drugs out the window. He had over 40 pounds of it. Sadly for him, the police were right outside his window and someone else filmed it across the street. A for effort?
