Last year, Steven Novak created chaos in his East Dallas neighborhood for displaying a grisly Halloween scene in his front yard that was so realistic, it prompted multiple 911 calls.
This year, in the spirit of communal harmony, the engineer and artist decided to play nice... just kidding!! He turned it up a notch.
