Oh you know, nothing to see here... just a Florida Man twerking in the rain next to his car! Video recorded by a bystander shows Richard Wolfe's impromptu performance in the median of State Road 44. during a traffic stop. Well, cops were not very impressed with his performance! Wolfe ignored deputies’ commands to get on the ground, and then walked away from them, forcing them to tase him in order to arrest him.
