Florida Bartender’s Fake Receipt Saves Women From Being Hit On By ‘Creep’

A Florida bartender is the real hero today after he saved two women from being hit on by a creepy customer while they were guests at his bar. The bartender was quick-thinking by passing them a note disguised as a receipt. His smooth move quickly went viral online, because not all heroes wear capes.

Max Gutierrez, the St. Petersburg bartender went viral after a woman named Trinity Allie shared how he helped her and her friend escape the creep, on her Twitter account.

When the creepy customer kept repeatedly hitting on the two women, Gutierrez handed Allie a note and presented it as a receipt, but the note read: “If this guy is bothering you, put your ponytail on your other shoulder, and I will have him removed. He’s giving me the creeps.”

Allie's caption on Twitter read: “This man was harassing me and my friend and the bartender passed this note to me acting like it was my receipt ! Legit the type of bartender everyone needs.”

In a follow-up post, Allie explained that Gutierrez yelled, “You need to get the f—k away from these girls who clearly are not interested,” moments before kicking him out of the establishment. The grateful woman also clarified for the masses that she had Gutierrez pose for the picture after the incident, not in the midst of being harassed.

Four days after the post went viral, the Hawaiian shirt rocking barkeep tweeted that the creepy patron actually had the kahunas to come back to the bar for a beer, but Gutierrez refused to serve him.
