Florida man attempts for the 3rd time to "walk" on the water for charity. This time this guy was trying to go up the coast from Florida to NYC. Well it did not go well for him. Reza Baluchi from Central Florida constructed a vessel resembling a giant hamster wheel that is lined with inflatable flotation compartments. He said “My goal is to not only raise money for homeless people, raise money for the Coast Guard, raise money for the police department, raise money for the fire department”, and he will continue this feat until he can finally complete his trek!
