Florida Family Keep Finding Alligators With Snout and Eyes Taped Shut

This is so horrible and cruel. A Florida family noticed a gator with black tape around it's snout and eyes, so now the Longwood Community is offering a $500 reward for anyone who has information on who is doing this cruel act to these gators.
